摘要
目前,我国处在老龄化和数字化两大社会背景之下,当数字化、智能化不断改变社会同时,也在塑造新的数字鸿沟,产生新的数字不平等.文章根据我国老年群体数字鸿沟的特点,探析数字鸿沟视角下老年群体数字融入困境的原因,厘清跨越老年数字鸿沟的实践路径,是积极应对人口老龄化的国家战略的重要举措.
Abstract
At present,China is in the process of aging and digitalizing.The digitalization and intelligentization has brought constant changes to our society and also shaped a new digital divide as well as a new digital inequality.According to the characteristics of the digital divide of the elderly population in China,it is an important measure to analyze the reasons for the digital integration difficulties of the elderly population from the perspective of the digital divide and clarify the practical path to cross the digital divide of the elderly population.
