社区嵌入型养老机构的运作模式、发展问题及其对策

摘要
社区嵌入型养老机构的发展是居家养老与传统院舍养老的重要补充,是养老社会化、市场化的结果,也是满足老年人就近养老和社区地缘性依赖的产物.文章分析了我国养老服务的现状,特别是我国社区嵌入型养老机构的优势,找出了其运作困境及问题,并提出了应对措施.
Abstract
The development of community embedded nursing institutions is an important supplement to home-based nursing and traditional nursing homes.It is the result of socialization and marketization of old-age care,and also the product of meeting the needs of nearby nursing and community geographic dependence.This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese pension services,especially the advantages of community embedded pension institutions in our country and puts forward its operation difficulties and problems as well as the countermeasures.
