The Influence of Psychological Stress on Subjective Well-being of Employees in Public Institutions——Take the Administrative Institutions of Xiangyang as an Example
This paper takes 350 employees of administrative institutions in Xiangyang City as research objects,and uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey to study the status quo and correlation between their psychological stress and subjective well-being.According to the survey results,social psychological service systems targeting at different genders,educational backgrounds,marital status and occupational groups are set up to provide basis for alleviating psychological pressure and improving subjective well-being of employees in administrative institutions.
