"三线精神"形成于20世纪中后期的三线建设中,是民族精神的重要组成部分,是高校开展育人工作的珍贵资源."艰苦创业、无私奉献、团结协作、勇于创新"的十六字精神是"三线精神"的主要内容,特殊性、民族性、历史性、时代性是"三线精神"的主要特征."三线精神"具有丰厚的育人价值,有利于高校落实立德树人根本任务;有利于大学生坚定理想信念,厚植爱国主义精神,坚定文化自信.高校应从"三线精神"这一伟大精神中汲取精神养料,并使其融入高校育人工作中,在充分发挥"三线精神"的育人价值的同时赓续"三线精神"的血脉.
Research on the Theoretical Characteristics of the"three-line spirit"and the Educational Value of Colleges and universities
The"third-line spirit"was formed in the construction of the third line in the middle and late 20th century,which is an important part of the national spirit and a precious resource for colleges and universities to carry out the work of educating people.The 16-character spirit of"hard work,selfless dedication,unity and cooperation,and courage to innovate"is the main content of the"third-line spirit",and the particularity,nationality,historicity,and epochality are the main characteristics of the"third-line spirit".The"third-line spirit"has rich educational value,which is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,and is conducive to college students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,cultivate the spirit of patriotism,and strengthen cultural self-confidence.Colleges and universities should draw spiritual nourishment from the great spirit of the"third-line spirit"and integrate it into the education work of colleges and universities,so as to give full play to the educational value of the"third-line spirit"while continuing the bloodline of the"third-line spirit".
