产业转型升级背景下职业院校装配式建筑产业学院协同育人研究

摘要
作为深化产教融合、校企合作的一种重要实践载体,产业学院是高职院校实现特色化、差异化发展的重要举措.面对建筑产业转型升级,文章梳理了产业学院政策背景,分析了装配式建筑产业学院协同育人关键任务,探索了基于产业学院的项目化"思政+岗课赛证"育人改革,并对产业学院未来建设进行了展望.
Abstract
As an important practice carrier of deepening the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the industrial school of vocational colleges is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to realize the characteristic and differentiated development.In the face of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,this paper sorts out the policy background of the industrial college and analyzes the key tasks of collaborative education of the school of prefabricated construction industry.It explores the projectized"ideological and political plus post course competition certificate"education reform based on the school of industry and the future construction of the industrial college.
