财务管理专业"3+2"专本贯通培养的课程体系构建

摘要
财务管理专业"3+2"专本贯通培养模式是培养会计行业高端技术技能人才的一种有效培养模式,而"3+2"专本分段培养的重点在于高职和本科的课程设置.文章以江苏旅游职业学院和江苏第二师范学院合作的财务管理专业"3+2"项目为例,从财务管理专业"3+2"分段培养人才培养目标的必要性分析出发,阐述在分段培养过程中课程设置存在的问题,最后探讨新的课程体系的构建思路和方向,以期为其他院校"3+2"合作项目提供借鉴.
Abstract
The"3+2"specialized undergraduate comprehensive training model for financial management is an effective training model for cultivating high-end technical and skilled talents in the accounting industry.The focus of the"3+2"specialized undergraduate segmented training is on the curriculum design of higher vocational and undergraduate education.This article takes the"3 + 2"project of the financial management major,a collaboration between Jiangsu College of Tourism and Jiangsu Second Normal University,as an example.Starting from the necessity analysis of the talent training objectives of the"3+2"segmented training of financial management majors,this paper elaborates the problems in the curriculum design during the segmented training process,and finally explore the construction ideas and directions of a new curriculum system,in order to provide reference for"3+2"cooperation projects in other universities.
