Research on Fatigue Failure Status Detection of Secondary Worm Shaft in Reduction Gearbox
In order to improve the accuracy of fatigue failure detection of the secondary worm shaft in the deceleration gearbox,a new fatigue failure status detection method of secondary worm shaft in reduction gearbox is proposed.Fiber optic grating strain sensors are installed on the secondary worm shaft of the deceleration gearbox to collect the running signals of the worm shaft.The running signals are preprocessed using filter coefficient.Based on the preprocessed signal samples,a detection model for the fatigue failure state of the secondary worm shaft in the deceleration gearbox is established,and then the presence of fatigue failure signs is determined.Experimental results show that this method can achieve accurate and fast detection of fatigue failure state of the secondary worm shaft in the deceleration gearbox,and the detection results are reliable.
