The Relationship and Research Progress between Metallomics and Gastric Cancer
With the development of metallomics,its role in the early diagnosis and treatment of GC has attracted more and more attention.Maintaining the normal content and metabolism of trace elements such as iron,zinc,calcium and copper is important for the prevention and treatment of GC.For patients with intermediate and advanced GC,chemical therapy and targeted therapy with metal anticancer drugs can significantly improve the survival and living standards of patients.This paper summarizes the role of metal anticancer drugs in the treatment of GC,the role of trace elements in the treatment of GC and the role of metallomics in the early diagnosis of GC and illustrates the relationship between metallomics and GC as well as its research progress.
