Effect Analysis of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of 188 patients with chronic bronchitis who received treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang polytechnic from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given ambroxol hydrochloride,and the control group was given conventional treatment.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,therapeutic effect,pulmonary function index before and after treatment,quality of life score before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group,the clinical effect was significantly higher than that in the control group,the pulmonary function index was significantly better than that in the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence rate of clinical complications was much lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride can effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance lung function,optimize quality of life and reduce the occurrence of clinical complications in patients with chronic bronchitis.
