Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system,and it is also the only malignant tumor with clear etiology,prevention and treatment.The persistent infection of human papillomavirus(HPV)is a common and important factor leading to cervical cancer.In recent decades,a variety of HPV vaccines have been developed and applied globally for the prevention of cervical cancer.In 2020,the World Health Organization launched the Global Strategy to Accelerate the Elimination of Cervical Cancer,and vaccination is an important means to eliminate the primary prevention of cervical cancer.In this paper,the relationship between HPV and cervical cancer was analyzed in depth,and the current research and development process,mechanism of action and main types of preventive cervical cancer vaccine at home and abroad were reviewed,which provided some reference for the implementation of cervical cancer vaccination.
