摘要

"一村多名大学生计划"工程是培育新型职业农民、实施乡村振兴战略、推进中国式现代化发展的重要举措.文章以襄阳职业技术学院现代农业技术专业为例,分析学生入校前学业基础、知识水平、兴趣爱好、求学目标等方面的特点,"一村多名大学生"管理存在的现实挑战,积极探索推广分类分层学生教育管理模式.围绕构建新型职业农民培育的支持体系,提出通过健全顶层设计等措施,以构建新型职业农民政策扶持体系.

Abstract

The project of"Multiple College Students in One Village"is an important measure to cultivate new professional farmers,implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the development of Chinese-style modernization.This paper takes the modern agricultural technology major of Xiangyang Polytechnic as an example,analyzes the characteristics of students'academic foundation,knowledge level,interests,learning goals and other aspects before entering school,and the practical challenges of"multiple college students in one village"management,and actively explores and promotes the classified and stratified student education management model.Centering on the construction of a support system for cultivating new professional farmers,it is proposed to construct a policy support system for new professional farmers through sound top-level design and other measures.
