In the context of the whole society's pursuit of high-quality development,the construction and operation of innovation and entrepreneurship colleges in higher vocational colleges need to be repositioned in terms of functions,further in-depth integration of talents training,further strengthening of teachers,and further improvement of platform support system.Through the research and analysis of existing problems,this paper proposes a model and guarantee mechanism for the integrated operation of innovation and entrepreneurship education,incubation and service.
