The opinions on deepening the reform of modern vocational education system put forward an important carrier and implementation path for the reform of vocational education in the new stage and the city-area industry-education consortium is one of the important carriers of vocational education reform.This paper analyzes the function orientation,construction status and main problems of the city-level industry-education consortium and puts forward the main countermeasures and operation mechanism of the city-level industry-education consortium in combination with the experience of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,so as to provide specific ideas and practical paths for the subsequent construction.
