The Innovation of Talent Training Mode of Special Education Professional Group from the Perspective of Teacher Training——Take the Training of Primary School and Kindergarten Teachers in Xiangyang City as an Example
Enabling local teacher training is not only an important task to build high-level special education professional groups,but also a key indicator to build local talent training heights.Based on the current situation and basic experience of Xiangyang integrated education teacher training,this paper aims at the problems existing in the training of basic education teachers served by professional groups analyzes the reasons,and puts forward"education majors integration,education and training in one"to build a high-level special education professional group."Three double drive,double position",to create a new ecology of deep integration of production,education and science;"Four-way evaluation,multi-certificate integration",the establishment of training quality evaluation mechanism and other professional group talent training model innovation measures,aimed at comprehensively improving the social service ability of professional groups.
