摘要

高职院校口腔医学专业培养能在基层医疗机构口腔科及口腔诊所,从事口腔常见病与多发病的诊疗和预防的高素质复合型技术技能人才.文章以襄阳职业技术学院为例,基于岗位工作能力要求,构建以能力为本位的实践教学体系,使校内实训内容与临床实践内容紧密联系,通过实施理实一体化教学,提升学生岗位职业能力,从而提高学生就业率.

Abstract

The specialty of Stomatology in higher vocational colleges cultivates high-quality composite technical talents who can be engaged in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of common and frequently-occurring oral diseases in stomatology departments and dental clinics in primary medical institutions.Taking Xiangyang Polytechnic as an example,based on the requirements of job ability,a capability-oriented practical teaching system of"two docking,two co-management and four combination"has been established,so that the practical training content of the school is closely linked with the clinical practice content.Through the integrated teaching of science and practice,the vocational ability of students can be improved,so as to increase the employment rate.
