"妇产科护理技术"课程以全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛为指引,对接岗位新需求重构序化课程内容.在精准分析学情的基础之上,结合人才培养方案、课程标准、岗位需求确定教学目标,制定教学策略.教学实施过程中本着学生主体、教师主导的原则,借助信息化手段,鼓励学生自主学习,小组合作探究.采用多元多维教学评价方式,促进学生持续发展.最终达到提升教学质量、提高学生综合素养的目的.
Curriculum Reform and Practice Based on Teaching Ability Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take the Course"Nursing Technology in Obstetrics and Gynecology"as an Example
The course of"Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Technology"is guided by the teaching ability competition of the National Vocational College Skills Competition to restructure the sequential course content in line with the new needs of the post.On the basis of accurate analysis of learning situation,teaching objectives are determined and teaching strategies are formulated in combination with talent training programs,curriculum standards and post needs.In the process of teaching implementation,the principle of student-oriented teacher-led,with the help of information technology,encourages students to study independently and cooperate in group research.Adopt multi-dimensional teaching evaluation to promote students'sustainable development.Finally achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality and improving students'comprehensive literacy.
