基于TOPSIS模型对小批量物料的生产安排研究

在企业小批量物料的生产安排中,逐渐出现因事先无法知道物料的实际需求导致生产安排有误等现象.针对这一情况,为帮助企业进行更合理的物料生产,通过分析某工厂2019-2022年的历史数据,基于Topsis算法建立模型,选出需要重点关注的物料,使用时序预测建立关于物料预测模型,通过最小二乘法验证模型的准确性.物料预测为企业解决了小批量物料的生产安排问题,该模型具有一定的推广价值.
Research on Production Arrangement of Small Batch Materials Based on TOPSIS Model
In the production arrangement of small batch materials in enterprises,there are gradually wrong production arrangements due to the fact that the actual demand of materials cannot be known in advance.In view of this situation,in order to help enterprises carry out more reasonable material production,the paper analyzes the historical data of a factory from 2019 to 2022,builds a model based on Topsis algorithm,selects the materials that need to be focused on,uses time series prediction to build a material prediction model,and verifies the accuracy of the model by least square method.Useful for enterprises to solve the problem of production arrangement of small batch materials,the model also has a certain popularization value.
