Research on the Competence of Kindergarten Teachers in Health Education under the Trend of Integration of Education and Nursing——Based on a Survey of Multiple Areas in Zhuhai
In recent years,the integration of education is an important trend of kindergarten education in our country,and the training of health education competence is an inevitable trend of the integration of education.This paper takes kindergarten teachers in several regions of Zhuhai as the investigation objects,explores the current situation of kindergarten teachers'competency in health education.It analyzes early childhood health education needs assessment,education planning,education implementation,education evaluation,education resources,and communication and support,and explores the influencing factors and existing problems behind it.It also puts forward the strategies to improve the health education competence level of kindergarten teachers.
