Exploring Vocational Education Practices in the Core Area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and Establishing City-level Industry-education Integrated Development Alliances
Located in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Xinjiang is an important economic center in western China and a strategic region of the country.Currently,Xinjiang is exploring the establishment of an industry-education integration alliance at the city level to promote industrial upgrading and talent cultivation.In practice,the city-wide association of industry and education faces many difficulties and problems.From the aspects of policy environment,school-enterprise cooperation,personnel training,scientific and technological innovation,this paper discusses the main difficulties,problems and challenges faced by the construction of city-level industry-education integration alliance in Xinjiang.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the path of building the alliance,including policy support,industry-university-research cooperation,talent cultivation,social participation and so on.
