高职院校技能大师工作室建设路径研究

摘要
加强高职院校技能大师工作室建设,有利于提升师资队伍质量、深化产教融合发展、促进区域经济发展.技能大师工作室建设面临师资培养模式有待创新、校企合作深度不够、配套制度不健全等发展困境.要从创新师资培养模式、增强校企深度合作、完善配套制度等方面加强高职院校技能大师工作室建设,不断提升高职院校师资水平和人才培养质量.
Abstract
Strengthening the construction of skills master studio in higher vocational colleges is conducive to improving the quality of teachers,deepening the integration of production and teaching,and promoting development of regional economy.The construction of skills master studio is faced with the development predicament.The teacher training mode is to be innovated and the school-enterprise cooperation is to be deepened.Also the supporting system is not perfect and so on.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of skills master studio in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of innovating the teacher training mode,enhancing the in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises and improving the supporting system,so as to constantly improving the level of teachers and the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
