摘要
"大思政课"建设推动新时代高职院校思想政治教育工作迈上了新的台阶.高职院校学生党建与思政工作是做好高职院校育人工作的着力点,推动二者协同创新是落实立德树人根本任务、推动思政工作高质量发展的题中应有之义.基于高职院校学生党建与思政工作价值同向、主体同质、内容同构、实践同行的内在逻辑,结合现阶段二者协同发展现状,可从理念创新、内容创新、队伍创新、平台创新等多方面优化路径着手,实现二者协同创新,带动高职院校学生党建和思政工作高质量发展.
Abstract
The construction of"Big ideological and political course"has promoted the ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges in the new era to a new level.The party building and ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges are the focus of the education work in higher vocational colleges,and promoting the collaborative innovation of the two is the essential meaning of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people and promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political work.Based on the internal logic that students'party building and ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges have the same value,the same subject,the same content and the same practice,and combined with the current situation of their collaborative development,we can start from the optimization path of concept innovation,content innovation,team innovation,platform innovation and other aspects to realize the collaborative innovation of the two,and drive the high-quality development of students' party building and ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.
