中国共产党历来重视劳动教育,马克思主义劳动解放理论是劳动教育的历史生成和理论渊源,习近平劳动幸福理论是对劳动教育本体价值的理论升华,知情信行协同推进的育人观是对劳动教育目标导向的系统阐释,以人为本的教育理论是对劳动教育价值从理论认识走向实践自觉的理念重构.新时代,劳动教育重在把握劳动精神的时代内涵,实现劳动教育的价值旨归,要坚持幸福完人的育人理念,立足主体性建构的目标理念,营造积极向上的文化理念,落实回归生活的实践理念,促使劳动教育落地生根.
An analysis of the Four Dimensions of Labor Education from the Perspective of Humanistic Value
The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to labor education,and Marx's theory of labor liberation is the historical generation and theoretical origin of labor education.Xi Jinping's theory of labor happiness is a theoretical distillation of the ontological value of labor education,and the concept of educating people with knowing the meaning and promoting cooperation is a systematic interpretation of the goal orientation of labor education.The education idea of people-oriented is the reconstruction of the concept of labor education value from theoretical understanding to practical consciousness.In the new era,labor education focuses on grasping the connotation of labor spirit and realizing the value purpose of labor education.We should adhere to the concept of"happy and complete human education",build up a positive cultural concept based on the objective concept of subjective construction,implement the practical concept of returning to life,and promote the root of labor education.
