Research on the Coping Strategies of Higher Vocational Teachers under the Wave of Intelligent Media——Take Xiangyang Polytechnic as an Example
The paper analyzes the new opportunities brought by the new wave of artificial intelligence to educational reform,and especially emphasizes that smart media will particularly empower higher vocational education.Through questionnaires and case studies,the article demonstrates how Xiangyang Polytechnic teachers use smart media to empower professional curriculum construction,administrative management,skill development and lifelong learning.The study points out that higher vocational teachers should focus on solving practical problems,and actively adopt new technologies to promote work innovation.Finally,the paper emphasizes the importance of policy orientation in teaching and research,and advocates the establishment of self-learning personnel system for higher vocational teachers to meet the educational needs of the era of smart media.
