摘要
漯河医学高等专科学校依托学校和附属医院的临床资源,引进企业投入,三方共建符合医学检验技术专业岗位能力需求的临床检验综合能力培训基地,形成"'校院企'三方联动、实境耦合"的人才培养模式,构建强化理论、突出技能、提高岗位实践能力为中心的实践教学体系,建立健全教学质量保障体系,从而提升医学检验技术专业综合教学能力和可持续发展能力,增强学生就业竞争力.
Abstract
Relying on the clinical resources of the school and the affiliated hospital,Luohe Medical College introduces the investment of enterprises,and builds a clinical laboratory comprehensive ability training base that meets the requirements of medical laboratory technology professional post ability,forming a talent training model of"three-way linkage of'school-college-enterprise'and real situation coupling".Build a practical teaching system that focuses on strengthening theory,highlighting skills and improving post practical ability,and establish a sound teaching quality assurance system.Therefore,the comprehensive teaching ability and sustainable development ability of medical laboratory technology major can be improved,and the employment competitiveness of students can be enhanced.
