乡村振兴背景下现代农业技术专业群"三教"改革策略与机制研究

摘要
高职院校是为社会输送人才的重要基地,涉农高职院校应立足当今时代形势,依托"三教"改革大力推进育人改革,全面提升人才培养质量和水平,以破解乡村振兴人才制约难题.文章从新时代高职院校专业群"三教"改革价值意蕴分析出发,对涉农高职院校专业群"三教"改革中面临的实现困境与动因进行分析,从而提出乡村振兴背景下现代农业技术专业群"三教"改革的策略与机制,以期通过深入开展专业群"三教"改革提高人才培养质量,从而实现涉农高职院校专业群"三教"改革的有效推进.
Abstract
Higher vocational colleges are an important base for the transportation of talents for the society.Vocational colleges related to agriculture should be based on the current situation and rely on the reform of"Three Education"--teachers,textbooks and teaching methods to vigorously promote the reform of education,comprehensively improve the quality and level of talent training so as to crack the problem of talent constraints in rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of the value meaning of the reform of"Three Education"in professional groups of higher vocational colleges in the new era,this paper analyzes the realization difficulties and motivations faced in the reform of"Three Education"in professional groups of higher vocational colleges related to agriculture,and puts forward the strategy and mechanism of the reform of"three education"in modern agricultural technology professional groups under the background of rural revitalization,in order to improve the quality of talent training through in-depth reform of"Three Education"in professional groups.So as to realize the effective promotion of the reform of"three education"in the specialized groups of agricultural higher vocational colleges.
