As an inevitable major problem of human beings, the emergency management system of unexpected public management events has attracted much attention. However,in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, the relevant research is fragmented, and it is difficult to promote the development of emergency management system for sudden public management events. This paper analyzes the research results of infectious disease prevention and control through bibliometric method and content analysis, and finds that:First, from the perspective of research trend, the number of published papers on infectious disease prevention and control has increased significantly, but the academic links are relatively scattered.Second, from the perspective of the research system, the research on infectious disease prevention and control has formed an analytical framework of"influencing factors-risk generation-risk avoidance",and focuses on the study of full-cycle prevention and control, but the theory and policy practice are not closely linked.Future research should further emphasize the promotion of synergy between theory and policy, and further explore the application of digital and other cutting-edge technologies in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,so as to integrate international experience with localization.
