Application Value of Micro-screening in Compatible Transfusion of Rh Blood Group System
Objective To study the method of rapid screening of Rh blood group system C,c,E,and e unexpected antibody corresponding antigen negative blood in patients, and the value of this method in compatible blood transfusion.Method This article takes the patient with type O who developed unexpected anti e as an example. The red blood cells of the sample were diluted using a microplate to detect red blood cells, and a 2%to 5%red blood cell suspension was prepared. The Rh blood group antigen of the sample red blood cells was detected using a micro test tube method, and the target blood duct Rh blood group antigen was determined using a standard test tube method. The differences between the two methods were compared.Result The Rh blood group antigen results of donor specimens were 100%consistent with the confirmed results of blood catheter specimens, and there was no hemolytic transfusion reaction in clinical practice. Conclusion The combination of microplate and test tube micro method can save nearly 70%of reagent and consumable costs without affecting the observation of cell agglutination results. Moreover, this method is simple and easy to implement, providing valuable time for precise blood transfusion treatment of patients with Rh blood group system unexpected antibodies in clinical practice. It is suitable for application in grassroots blood stations and transfusion departments.
