Analysis of Free Cervical Cancer Screening Results for Community Appropriate Age Women Women in Xiangyang City
Objective To analyze the cervical cancer screening results of women aged 35~64 years in Zhenwushan community of Xiangyang City,and to understand the incidence of asymptomatic cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Method The cervical cancer screening data of 2336 women of appropriate age in the community from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected for analysis.All the women were subjected to gynecological routine examination and liquid base thin layer cytology(TCT).Colposcopy and cervical biopsy were performed for the abnormal cytology results,and the results were analyzed.Results 106 cases(4.53%)had abnormal TCT results,including 71 cases(3.03%)of ASC-USC,23 cases(1.08%)of LSILC,12 cases(0.56%)of HSILC and 0 cases(0.00%)of SCC.Of these,80 patients who have had cervical biopsy,colposcope;biopsies showed 8 cases of CIN1 grade,4 cases of CIN2-CIN3 grade and 1 case of cervical cancer.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions among all age groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to continue to adhere to and implement the cervical cancer screening of women of appropriate age in the community,and realize the goal of effective control and gradual reduction of cervical cancer,so as to improve the health level of women.
