Research on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Quality of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Journal
Under the guidance of the"double high Plan",the scientific research responsibilities of higher vocational colleges have been further clarified.Improving the scientific research ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important construction task for the realization of connotative development of higher vocational colleges.Through questionnaire survey on editors of journals of higher vocational colleges,this paper finds out the basic situation of journals of higher vocational colleges,the situation of teachers'contributions and the situation of editors' handling of the contributions,and finds that the quality of the contributions of teachers is not good,the ability of editors to handle the contributions of teachers is insufficient,and the investment in running the journals is insufficient.This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the measures to cultivate the scientific research quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.In order to better play the role of higher vocational journal in cultivating talents,and improve the scientific research quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
