摘要
文章分析了高职校内生产性实训基地建设的内涵,构建了基于现代学徒制的高职生物制药技术专业校内实训教学体系,校企共同开发生产性和创新创业项目,打造"双导师制"教师队伍、共建技能大师工作室,创设校内生产性实训基地的环境条件,创新管理模式和运行机制,构建考核评价体系.期望为高职生物制药技术类专业实训基地建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the connotation of constructing on-campus productive training bases in higher vocational colleges.It constructs an on-campus practical teaching system for biopharmaceutical technology majors,The college and enterprises have jointly developed productive and entrepreneurial projects,built a"dual-tutor system"of college and enterprise teachers,established skill masters'studios.The environmental conditions of the on-campus productive training bases are built.The management model and operation mechanism of the on-campus productive training base are innovated.An assessment and evaluation system is constructed.The aim is to provide a reference for the construction of practical training bases for biopharmaceutical technology majors in higher vocational colleges.
