摘要
积极心理学理念指导高职院校从病理性角度预防异常心理情况,转向对学生积极心态的引导和积极品质的培养是当前一大趋势.襄阳职业技术学院构建了积极心理学视角下的"幸福魔方"高职院校心理健康活动体系,以六大美德、24项积极心理品质为主题,以提升学生知、情、意、行为目标,在学生在校全过程建立了"四位一体——良性循环"的心理健康教育活动体系,希望给高职院校心理健康教育活动提供一个新的视角,切实提高高职学生的积极心理品质.
Abstract
The concept of positive psychology is a major trend presently which guides higher vocational colleges from the pathological perspective to prevent abnormal psychological conditions,turn to inspire potential and cultivate positive traits in students.Xiangyang Polytechnic has established a mental health activity system of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of positive psychology based on the continuous exploration which called"Happy Cube".In order to improve students'knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior goals,the implementation of mental health education activities build on 6 virtues and 24 positive psychological qualities as the theme.The mental health education activity system of"four in one-virtuous circle"is to to provide a new perspective for the mental health education activities in higher vocational colleges,and effectively improve the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students.
