针对市面无刷直流电机驱动器在尺寸过大、控制效果差以及多功率电机适配差的问题,文章设计了基于矢量控制(VC,Vector Control)的无刷直流电机驱动器.以GD32C103CBT6为控制核心,通过下端采样电路获取三相定子的实时电流,通过磁编码器获取转子的实时角度,通过逆变电路驱动无刷电机.GD32C103CBT6内部通过软件编程实现了矢量控制算法,相比硬件矢量驱动芯片的价格和可移植性更优,使得高性能低成本无刷电机驱动器的设计开发成为了可能.
Design of Brushless Motor Vector Driver
This paper proposes a brushless DC motor driver based on vector control to address the issues of large size,poor control effectiveness,and poor adaptation to high-power motors in the market.Using GD32C103CBT6 as the control core,the real-time current of the three-phase stator is obtained through the lower sampling circuit,the real-time angle of the rotor is obtained through the magnetic encoder,and the brushless motor is driven by the inverter circuit.GD32C103CBT6 has implemented vector control algorithm through software programming internally,which is more cost-effective and portable compared to hardware vector drive chips,The design and development of high-performance and low-cost brushless motor drivers have become possible.This plan can provide reference for relevant motor drive R&D personnel.
