Objective Looking back at D-D,PCT and CRP joint testing the diagnostic value of fracture patients.Methods The observation group with 136 patients with fractures,with 432 non-fractive patients and 100 cases of healthy patients in the same period as the control group.Detect the level of the subject D-D,PCT,and CRP,and analyze the value in clinical diagnosis and treatment activities of fracture patients.136 patients with fractures are divided into groups under the age of 45,46-60 years old,61-75 years old and over 76 years old.Results The level of the D-D index of the fracture group is significantly higher than the control group,and the difference is significant(P<0.05),The positive rate of the D-D index in the fracture group is significantly higher than the control group,and the difference is significant(P＜0.0005);Fracture patients D-D,PCT,and CRP levels gradually rise with the level of age.Conclusion D-D testing has important value for diagnosis and treatment of fracture patients.The joint testing of D-D,PCT and CRP indexes has important diagnosis value for diagnosis and treatment of elderly fracture patients.
