"知信行"健康教育模式在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

目的 探讨"知信行"健康教育模式在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年7月至2023年12月在襄阳市襄城区例行MHD的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,各60例.对照组实行传统健康教育模式,干预组实行"知信行"健康教育模式.干预8个月后,比较两组患者健康知识知晓状况评分、自我管理能力评分和生活质量评分.结果 比较两组患者健康知识知晓状况评分、自我管理能力评分和生活质量评分,干预后的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对MHD患者采取"知信行"健康教育模式,进行健康意识、健康素养及健康行为干预,能增强其健康信念,培养其自我管理能力,对提升MHD患者生活质量具有积极的意义.
Analysis on the Application Effect of "Knowledge,Belief and Practice" Health Education Model in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To explore the effect of health education model of"knowing,believing and walking"in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Patients with MHD in Xiangcheng District of Xiangyang City from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group carried out the traditional health education mode,and the intervention group carried out the"knowledge,belief and practice"health education mode.After 8 months of intervention,health knowledge status score,self-management ability score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the differences after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education model of"knowing,believing and acting",health awareness,health literacy and health behavior intervention for MHD patients can enhance their health belief,cultivate their self-management ability,and have positive significance for improving the quality of life of MHD patients.
