近年来,我国基层矛盾纠纷化解工作面临着主体性缺失的困境.文章以帮帮团的矛盾纠纷调解为例,剖析共同缔造理念在矛盾纠纷化解工作的应用模式,探索共同缔造在"纵向到底:矛盾纠纷从分散到综合的协同治理转变""横向到边:矛盾纠纷从分工到合作的模式治理转变"、"协商共建:矛盾纠纷从后台到前台的空间治理转变"等方面的具体实践路径.
Abstract
In recent years,the resolution of grassroots conflicts and disputes in China has faced the dilemma of a lack of subjectivity.Through the practice of resolving conflicts and disputes under the co creation mode,multiple parties can participate together.Taking the mediation of conflicts and disputes in the help group as an example,this paper analyzes the application mode of the concept of co creation in the work of resolving conflicts and disputes,and explores the specific practical paths of co creation in"vertical to bottom:the transformation of collaborative governance of conflicts and disputes from dispersion to integration","horizontal to edge:the transformation of mode governance of conflicts and disputes from division of labor to cooperation","consultation and co construction:the transformation of spatial governance of conflicts and disputes from the background to the front",and so on.
