摘要
我国社会经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，进一步推动了全民健身计划的实施，终身体育意识已悄然形成。湖北职业技术学院在体育教学活动中，注重高职生终身体育意识的培养，并进行了一些有益的探索与实践。
Abstract
With the National Fitness Program rapid socioeconomic development and the improvement of people' s living standard, the is carried out and lifelong sport consciousness has formed gradually. During the physical education in Hubei Polytechnic Institute, cultivation of students' lifelong sport consciousness is focused on and beneficial exploration and practice has been carried out.
