Research on Mechanism for Improving the Management&Service of Transient Population in Professional Functional Cities:Based on Research of a City with Commercial Characteristics in Southeast China
Taking a county-level city with a high influx of population in the southeast and commercial and trade characteristics as an example,the management and service awareness of transient population is not in place,such as multiple management and service providers,lack of coordination mechanism,fuzzy management bounda-ries,inaccurate data,insufficient breadth and depth of intelligent governance,low information efficiency and the contradiction of flow but not retention is still prominent.There is need to strengthen research,improve understand-ing,quickly build a smart governance system with digital empowerment for transient population,focus on policy im-plementation,seek practical results,actively explore effective ways to manage floating society and constantly im-prove population carrying capacity and level.
