Research on the Construction Strategy of Hubei Province of Strong Vocational Education Based on the Integration of Industry and Education
The construction of Hubei Province of strong vocational education has realized the depth of coopera-tion between schools and enterprises.The objectives of vocational education are in line with the industrial develop-ment goals and education and teaching are combined with social production practice and other basic goals.Never-theless,the vocational education service capacity,the efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation,the structure of vocational education courses need to be optimized.The main deficiencies include the lack of awareness of the idea,the lack of action on the integration of industry and education,the lack of a sound institutional mechanism,the in-efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation,the significant regional differences and the difficulty in the develop-ment of the integration of industry and education,etc.In this regard,it is proposed to build an organizational struc-ture for the integration of industry and education,to formulate a program of cultivation for the integration of industry and education to deepen the reform of teaching and learning in vocational education and to create an ecological en-vironment for the integration of industry and education and other coping strategies.
