高职教师教学创新团队的建设具有重要意义,有助于推进高职"三教"改革落实,服务区域经济产业发展,促进教师专业能力提升.学习型组织的"五项修炼"模型,为教学创新团队的构建基础、构建路径、构建核心,构建动力和构建关键提供了理论依据.基于学习型组织理论建设创新团队的路径是,增强团队成员归属感,实现个体自我超越;增进交流沟通渠道,培养心智模式的转变;明确高质量发展目标,构建团队共同愿景;树立个人终身学习目标,营造多样化团队学习氛围;加强内外部协作,多维度把握团队建设的系统思维.
Research on the Construction of Teaching Innovation Teams of Vocational College Teachers from the Perspective of Learning Organization
The construction of teaching innovation teams of higher vocational teachers is of great significance,which can promote the implementation of"three educations"reform in higher vocational education,serve the devel-opment of regional economic industries and promote the improvement of teachers'professional abilities.The"five disciplines"model of learning organizations provides theoretical basis for the foundation,construction path,con-struction core,construction motivation and construction key of teaching innovation teams.The path of building in-novative teams based on the theory of learning organizations is to enhance the sense of belonging of team members and achieve individual self-transcendence,enhance communication channels and cultivate changes in mental models,clarify high-quality development goals,build a shared vision for the team,establish personal lifelong learning goals and create a diversified team learning atmosphere,strengthen internal and external collaborations and grasp the systematic thinking of team construction from multiple dimensions.
