摘要
在产业链、人才链、教育链、创新链深度融合视域下,立足于"创新型卓越工程师"的人才培养目标,提出将"产教融合"与"劳动教育"同构教学模式.在国家级实验教学示范中心实践基地实训课程中,融入时代技术元素,共建多学科交叉联合培养项目;嵌入创新思维元素,建构多形态劳动学习模式.该教学改革方案,发挥了产学研合作教学优势,促进了新时代创新人才的综合培养,实现"协同育人".
Abstract
In the context of deep integration of industry,talent,education and innovation chains and based on the talent training goal of"innovative excellent engineers",this paper makes an analysis of the problems existing in the current practical training courses and proposes a teaching model that integrates"production and education inte-gration"with"labor education".In the practical training courses of the national experimental teaching demonstra-tion center practice base,it is suggested to integrate the elements of modern technology and jointly build an inter-disciplinary cross-linked training project,embed innovative thinking elements to construct a multi-form labor learning model,infiltrate multi-dimensional and refined assessment elements to construct a comprehensive ability evaluation mechanism.This teaching reform plan give play to the advantages of teaching cooperation between indus-try,academia and research,stimulate the"active"state of students'knowledge and abilities,cultivate students'in-novative consciousness,engineering ability,professional quality,etc.,promote the comprehensive training of inno-vative talents in the new era and realize"collaborative education".
