职业成长视角下的《老年人能力评估》课程思政探索——以北京劳动保障职业学院为例

对高职《老年人能力评估》课程实施了将课程思政与职业素养相融合,运用GROW模型指导学生职业成长,对接新职业、新技术更新教学和思政内容,实施混合式教学改革和多元学习考核评价,引导学生理解养老服务职业的价值、增强职业认同、主动探索自身职业成长的路径,取得了积极的育人效果.为养老服务产业培养用得上、留得住的专业人才提供了一些探索与实践经验.
Exploration and Practice with regards to the Ideological and Political Education of the Course"Ability Assessment of Older Adults"from the Perspective of Career Growth:Taking Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security as an Example
The implementation of the"Ability Assessment of Older Adults"course in vocational education integrates the ideology and professional qualities of students,guides students'career growth through the GROW model,updates teaching and ideological and political contents connecting with new professions and technologies,implements blended learning reform and diversified learning evaluation.This approach aims to help students under-stand the value of the elderly care profession,strengthen their professional identity and actively explore their own career development paths.Positive results have been achieved,providing valuable insights and practical experi-ences in cultivating professional talents who are capable and committed to the elderly care service industry.
