总体国家安全观视域下地方高校平安校园建设研究

摘要
推动地方高校平安校园建设是贯彻落实总体国家安全观实践要求的需要,也是维护社会和谐稳定、落实立德树人根本任务、回应师生安全诉求的需要.当前地方高校平安校园建设不仅面临着传统安全问题和非传统安全问题,也面临着高校主客体安全防范意识不高等问题.推动新时代地方高校平安校园建设,需要构建平安校园长效管理机制体制,不断提升风险化解应急处突水平,科技赋能筑牢智慧校园安全防线,打造高校平安校园建设的主力军.
Abstract
To promote the safe campus construction of local colleges and universities is the need to implement the practical requirements of the overall national security concept,and also to maintain social harmony and stabili-ty,implement moral cultivation and respond to the safety demands of teachers and students.Local colleges and uni-versities still face many difficulties in the construction of safe campuses,including not only traditional security prob-lems and non-traditional security problems,but also the problem of low awareness of subject and object security.To promote the safe campus construction of local colleges and universities in the new era,there is need to deeply understand the rich connotation of the overall national security concept,adhere to the overall national security con-cept as a guide and explore the practical path of safe campus construction of local colleges and universities in the new era.
