Research on the Influencing Factors and Coping Strategies of"Double-qualified"Teacher Flow in Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
Under the background of the new era,the construction of"double-qualified"teachers is a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the theory of talent flow,this paper carries out an empirical research on the current situation of talent flow intention.Results indicate that the main fac-tors affecting the outflow of"double-qualified"teachers are the lack of obvious comparative advantage of talent policy,the gap in the realization of salary benefits,the imperfect career development mechanism and the unsatisfac-tory working environments.Based on this,combined with the government,industry,enterprises,schools,individ-uals and other levels,the key factors of"double-qualified"teacher flow countermeasures are proposed so as to provide reference for the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges.
