An Analysis of the Predicament,Causes and Intervention Strategies of Contemporary Youth's Psychological Crisis
Correctly understanding and resolving the psychological crisis of contemporary youth is of great sig-nificance for China's ideological construction,talent cultivation in the new era and youth's growth and development.Contemporary youth are facing three major psychological crisis dilemmas:strong emotional needs and emotional a-voidance,conflicts between utilitarianism and fatigue and coexistence of literacy improvement and cognitive bias.The main causes of these three psychological crisis dilemmas are the enormous pressure during the transition period,the supply and demand gap in talent cultivation,traditional intergenerational communication methods and insuffi-cient individual practical experience.Therefore,in order to resolve the psychological crisis of young people,society should strengthen ideological guidance guided by socialist core values,schools should improve talent training mod-els guided by the strategy of building a strong country with talents in the new era,families should promote the trans-formation of traditional intergenerational communication methods with two-way interaction as the core and individ-uals should improve their own literacy with the goal of comprehensive development,achieve multi-dimensional joint efforts and build a strong psychological defense line for young people.
