In order to make it possible for the new quality productive forces to empower the ideological and po-litical work in colleges and universities,we should deeply understand and grasp the internal technical logic,politi-cal logic and realistic logic.At present,the ideological and political work in colleges and universities enabled by the new quality productive forces still has various problems,such as the value conflict,the weakening of the dis-course authority of ideological and political education and the lack of digital technology and ideological and political connection.From the perspective of the development of new quality productive forces,there is need to integrate da-ta elements,strengthen technology research and development to enrich new resources of ideological and political ed-ucation,recommend new forms based on intelligent technology and the value of ideological and political education,build multiple subjects,improve the construction of talent team and explore new paradigm of talent training.
