In the field of copyright protection,there is a risk of intellectual property infringement in the data captured in the process of ChatGPT data mining and the'works'output of its self-integrated compilation data.In the field of data privacy protection,due to the lack of relevant supervision of ChatGPT for data mining and integrat-ed output,there is a risk of leaking personal information and trade secrets.In the field of network rule of law,ChatGPT has the probability to generate false,misleading or illegal information,which may bring legal risks to the governance of cyberspace.In this regard,there is need to improve the legislative system and pass legislation on ar-tificial intelligence security laws such as ChatGPT.Secondly,the existing legal norms are used to explain the legal risks related to regulation.Finally,it is a must to establish a multi-agent coordinated and effective regulatory gov-ernance system.
