新课标背景下高职公共英语分层教学实践的"三教"改革成效分析——以湖北职业技术学院医药卫生专业大类为例

摘要
高职公共英语"三教"改革能够紧跟课堂革命的新形势,符合个性化学习的新需求和课程思政的新要求.分类分层教学实践以学定教,提高教学效果;以学导教,提高教学针对性;以学定评,提高学业增值性评价效果.通过开展显性分层和隐性分层相结合的教学模式改革,提出建立分层流动机制、动态优化分层教学方案和定期开展教师专业发展培训的建议.
Abstract
The reform of"Three Teachings"in higher vocational English can keep up with the new situation of classroom revolution,meet the new needs of personalised learning and the new requirements of curriculum ideolo-gy.The practice of classification and stratification of teaching is based on learning to improve the effectiveness of teaching,learning to guide teaching to improve the relevance of teaching and learning to assess to improve the effec-tiveness of value-added evaluation of academic performance.By carrying out the reform of the teaching mode of combining explicit stratification and implicit stratification,it puts forward the suggestions of establishing a stratified flow mechanism,dynamically optimising the stratified teaching scheme and regularly carrying out professional devel-opment training for teachers.
