银杏叶提取物药理作用的生理基础及其临床应用

摘要
银杏叶提取物含有多钟生物活性成分,具有抗氧化、改善血液循环、神经保护和抗炎等作用,在治疗心脑血管疾病、认知功能障碍和神经退行性疾病和炎症性疾病中被广泛应用或显示出一定的应用价值.但这些活性成分作用的分子机制,以及银杏叶提取物作为药物应用的长期效果、适宜的剂量、合适的治疗窗口期和用药的安全性,尚需进一步深入研究.
Abstract
Ginkgo biloba extract contains multi-clock bioactive components,which have antioxidant,im-proves blood circulation,neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects and are widely used or show certain appli-cation value in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,cognitive dysfunction and neurodegen-erative and inflammatory diseases.However,the molecular mechanism of action of these active ingredients as well as the long-term effect,appropriate dosage,appropriate therapeutic window period and safety of Ginkgo biloba ex-tract as a drug need to be further studied.
