The rule of law plays an important role of improving quality and efficiency and consolidating efforts in empowering Xiaogan to build an important node city in the Wuhan metropolitan area.In the context of compre-hensively governing the country by law and building a rule of law country,there is need to further strengthen the standardization of administrative law enforcement,optimize the rule of law business environment continuously and enhance the level of grassroots rule of law government construction in order to promote Xiaogan to become an impor-tant node city in the Wuhan metropolitan area with solid and powerful legal guarantees.
