Research Progress of Experimental Model of Rheumatoid Arthritis
Experimental models of rheumatoid arthritis are crucial to the research and discovery of new drugs and therapies for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In this paper, the contents of commonly used experimental models are summarized, and it was found that the collagen-induced animal model was most similar to that of rheu-matoid arthritis patients in terms of clinical characteristics, laboratory detection indicators and pathogenesis and was widely used in the study of drug efficacy and mechanism of action. The animal model of the combination of disease and syndrome can reflect the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and is widely used in TCM related research. The fibroblast-like synovial cell model is more commonly used to study the inhibition of synovial cell proliferation and inflammatory response by drugs while the osteoclast model is used to study the protec-tion of bone and cartilage by drugs.Researchers need to select a suitable experimental model according to their own research direction and the action characteristics of drugs to obtain satisfactory experimental results.
